After having a black mold scare, the team at Texas Mold Inspection Services were quick to respond. Their services cost me less than any other company in North Texas was charging and they got back to me with the results and thorough feedback (from the Saturday they tested my home) within a couple days. These guys are super knowledgable and took my concerns very seriously. Highly recommended!

Adrian did our inspection for our first home purchase and he was extremely accommodating, personable, and overall such a pleasure! He was exceptionally thorough in his inspection and explained everything he examined to us. Adrian walked us through each room, regardless if there were any issues identified. His attention to detail and recommendations made my husband and I realize what needed to be fixed immediately and what could be fixed in time. He even pointed out oddities that weren’t on his checklist that he noticed, like a missing strike plate. Adrian patiently, politely, and eagerly answered any and all questions we had, and since we are first-time home buyers, it was a lot! Adrian was a great communicator as well throughout the process - both in person and via email; he was even quick to respond to texts! He worked around our schedules to come to the house and offered to stay longer than needed if we had additional questions. His price for the inspection seemed to be average from what I gathered in my research. Adrian is also a certified mold inspector. Because we wanted to keep costs low, we asked if he could do the standard inspection and if he saw mold or anything of the sort, could we add the additional fee to confirm the substance later?; he said of course! I love that he was honest and tried to work around our budget - I truly feel like he was looking out for our best interest. He even has reputable connections for pest inspectors, sprinkler repair companies, and probably many more fields. I truly cannot think of anything negative with our experience. Thanks so much, Adrian!

Adrian was incredibly honest, helpful and professional!This was our first home inspection, so we were new to this whole process, but Adrian made everything easy to understand, and he even accommodated our schedule with a very short notice...With his findings, we were able to negotiate several thousand off asking price even when they were "firm on their price" so this more than paid for itself!
